All Energy Solar

After searching many local and national service providers doing business in MN, and conducting phone interviews and personal visits, we decided on All Energy Solar for our solar project. From general education on how solar works, access to Federal and State programs to offset costs, thorough engineering assessment to build the best system for our location, and great folks for installation and project management, we could not be happier. Notable experience: during the assessment study, their associate understood our need to protect many plantings in the area of the electrical service panels - he even knew the plant names and gave assurance of protecting those areas; the installation crew sought out and was supportive of wonderful conversation regarding possibilities of exterior conduit installations to link up our garage and roof units (due to house build, there were challenges between garage and house structures); great software system to view unit performance data and assurances of full service resources should that be needed; and seamless approval processes with Xcel Energy and local building inspectors. I picked AllEnergy Solar for our initial solar installation due to the fact that they had the best reviews in SolarReviews.com. It was an excellent choice, and they did a great job. That is why we used AllEnergy solar again for our add on system (of 2.94kW). No problems, no surprises.

I began my journey to solar at EnergySage. I was sent quotes from six different installers. I reviewed the quotes and contacted four of the installers with more information to get a more accurate quote. I narrowed my choice down to two installers with excellent reviews across the board. One of these was All Energy Solar. I then contacted both companies directly to talk over my options. The only out of the ordinary install option was the need for my house to have the electrical panel updated, as we still had a fuse based panel. Both companies could accommodate all of my needs, but All Energy did have the electrical panel update as a standard option while the other installer needed to have this approved outside of their normal install procedure. I spoke with Justin at All Energy Solar and we went over all the options. He was knowledgeable about all my requests, but did not seem quite as prepared to deal with all of my specific requests as the other installer. He was also significantly less technical than the other installer sales representative. Both solar installers had 5 star reviews across the board so I was confident either would do a great job with the install. Justin did keep me fully up to date on all sales/discount/update options available with All Energy solar and in the end I choose All Energy purely on price. They had a summer sale option which updated the panels and inverters and also came with significant rebates that ended up reducing the price by over $2500. Once the contract was signed I was turned over to Carlo as my project manager. He pointed out a possible problem with the number of panels in the initial quote and we reduced it by one to eliminate any issues with the physical install and/or getting net metering approved. Carlo contacted me every two weeks to keep me informed of where we were in the process. Everything went smoothly from the electrical panel replacement to the solar panel installs. Carlo let me know what to expect from Eversource and that process also went completely smoothly. The crews were all polite and did their best to complete the job as quickly and efficiently as possible. All inspections were scheduled by All Energy and everything went smoothly from the electrical inspection to the permission to operate. One minor bug with the software monitoring was fixed within a couple of days without needing an additional visit. The final project completion meeting with Justin covered all the needed topics. Overall I am extremely happy with my solar installation. I first reached out to All Energy on March 13th to schedule the in home assessment. I signed the contract on April 1st and the install occurred on June 18th. Approval to operate came through on August 6th. The project officially closed on September 13th. At all times I was kept in the loop as to what the next steps would be and what I needed to do. Whenever there was an issue Carlo and/or Justin were quick to reply and my issues were remediated quickly. I wholeheartedly endorse All Energy Solar and recommend that you give them a chance as your solar installer.

Absolutely the BEST. At every step, they were knowledgeable, pro-active, clear, and so wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend working with All Energy to get solar panels. The set up and execution were all seamless. Justin was a great partner in helping me understand my options for loans and tax credits. Carlo was wonderful as a project liaison keeping me updated and answering questions along the way. And the installation team was competent and really thoughtful. They cleared out every last bit of trash from the project (something I've never seen a contractor do in my life)! Thanks so much, y'all. So far the process has been wonderful with All Energy Solar. Kevin did a great job of explaining the system and listened to my concerns.Once I made the commitment they walked me through the steps along the way. Gavin kept me updated as things progressed.When I completed my upgrade to my roof, the process moved rapidly. A crew showed up on the first day and completed it on the second day. Ben did a wonderful job on the electrical work. Joel and his crew also did a very professional job installing the panels. They told me what they were going to do and everything turned out as expected. Overall I feel like I got the best price from the best company! Thank you all so much!

I’m very pleased with All Energy Solar from David, the salesman who is able to answer all of our questions, to Carlo the project manager who kept us informed every step of the way, and I could reach out to him at any time if I had any questions, to Austin, the site inspector the first person I seen in person was very knowledgeable, to Chris and Tanner both excellent electricians and Tony their supervisor, as well as Jeremy very hard-working, all the employees are very professional, and very friendly.
