I had been looking for a solar pv system for a few months and because I am an engineer and had done some research I had a lot of questions.. Some of the other installers were slow returning answers and following up. Not the salesperson from Superior Solar. He was good about answering my technical questions and after I went silent for a while he followed up and scheduled a site visit to answer any other questions I might have. I ended up contracting with them due to price and flexibility to meet my desires. At my request they made sure that all of the panels and microinverters came from domestic factories.<br /><br />The install and delivery went exactly on schedule and as described with additional questions being answered along the way. The installation people were very friendly and hard working and genuinely appeared to enjoy what they were doing. The panels they promised me weren't available, so they gave me another model (less power) from the same manufacturer. They compensated by adding an extra panel and micro-inverter (really nice!). The total rated output ended up being slightly more than originally agreed. Additionally, after the contract I found that the monitoring software for the microinverters had a feature that I wanted. They added that feature in for free at their additional cost even though I offered to pay for it. I am very happy with their professionalism, quality and to date, their service. I would recommend them highly. Note that I usually find it hard to give perfect scores, but this time I am completely satisfied.
