Quality install and materials
Affordable Solar roof and Air was rated highest for their installers and worked with the best materials. We got a new roof through a different company about a week before they came out here for the panels, unfortunately we didn’t get to bundle that and get extra tax credit since we already signed on with the other company. Affordable’s experience as a roofing company was peace of mind that them putting up panels wouldn’t damage our new roof. Enphase inverters with Q cell panels seemed to best the consensus best quality hardware so we chose that. The installers were working overtime to get our panels ready for the hurricane and we survived with no damage!

Professionals
We are now gladly solar powered. This was a big investment for us and we spent a lot of time and research making sure it was the correct decision. We went with affordable because of what we saw they could offer us. They did a fantastic job with the installation of the panels, they took their time and were meticulously prepared for the install. We have 26 panels which should be plenty for our consumption. All of whom we spoke with were super helpful and polite when helping out. Really excited to not have a rising energy bill consistently anymore. Timeline was consistent. Price was fair.

Happy with them
Really appreciate the good work done by affordable with our new solar system. It was a short process they were upfront and honest on timeline. The communication was good between all ends. Max and Michael were professional and knowledgeable about everything I had questions on. Installers were just as good couldn’t even tell they were here other than the panels being installed. After the panels were installed it took about 2-3 weeks to get through meter swap and operational. It’s working great excited for what it does long term to save on the electric bill.

Made it through the storms
I thought Affordable Solar Roof & Air has been great. They got us the best price for the Tesla system, had us operational in about two and a half months, and the installers clearly did a good job because the panels are still there after a category 4 hurricane! Venice got hit hard by the hurricane but I’m excited to have my solar system unaffected & helping save money going forward. Also Peter is wonderful if you have the opportunity to work with him; we had four or five people come over trying to sell to us but he made the most sense by FAR & and had all the answers to our questions.

Weather proof
Seamless installation, their guys were here for only a few hours Andy wife and I love how the panels look on the roof aesthetically. In the short time we’ve had the panels they’ve been tested by two major hurricanes and are going strong. If you meet with Angel F you’ll be amazed at how great she is, she got our business where probably 20 other companies failed & gave us the confidence and price we needed to lock into solar.

Wonderful
Wonderful bunch working for Affordable. Solar people are always coming around in our neighborhood but we never felt certain about wanting solar. When we learned about Tesla making solar we felt much more comfortable choosing a brand that held weight and was from the USA. Our family recently moved into our neighborhood when our house was finished being built and we knew we wanted to get solar panels as soon as possible. Overall very satisfied with Affordable Solar Roof & Air. Angel was able to get us the best price of any company we met with. The installers had some PVC pipe they left and the dogs played with that which was funny- they did an excellent job. Our average electric usage throughout the year is about 27kw and these past few days of the system being on has averaged production of 29kw so seems like we’re on good pace already.

Affordable and professional
I’ve been a lifelong electrician, I wouldn’t have done anything better myself when it comes to the wiring for the system. Very impressed by the work from my installers, they worked together with great efficiency and had my panels up in a day. I’m not tech savvy so the app confuses me but all the electrical work is top notch. Affordable Solar gets alerts for anything that goes wrong with the system so all I have to do is keep an eye on my electric bill. Angel is amazing l, she put other companies representatives to shame with how professional she was & throughout the project she messaged or called us to give updates or check in.
