ASE is a horrible company with horrible leadership.
ASE is a horrible company with horrible leadership. They over promise and under deliver. They take your money and leave you a system that doesn't perform as promise. The CEO doesn't care about your finished product or just doesn't know how to resolve issues. They don't do what they say they will do.. I have had my system for 6 months and my power bill is the same as it was when they installed my 23 microinvertors. I have given them plenty of opportunities to make it right but nothing. I am telling everyone. I have a HUGE network ...:

Poor customer service
Since having solar installed for hot water I have not seen any savings as promised. I was told I'd be contacted by their corporate office but no call. I called again and was promised a call by the end of the day, again no call. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. All they care about is the sale, then forget the customer.

Very Impressed
I wasn't sure about getting an energy audit - I wanted to make sure these guys were legit. Well, a month later and after they installed my solar hot water system, I have saved about fifty percent of my first electric bill without paying anything up front. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Ed and David did a very nice job installing new solar panels for our pool. They are always there if we have any questions or concerns, have recommended them to others already. Definitely will use ASE for future solar products, <br /><br />Thank Again, Ralph<br />
