Of all the companies I received bids from, Apex was by far the most helpful. All explanations were in layman`s terms and easy to understand. I wouldn`t hesitate to recommend their services.<br />I was unable to check any of the above reasons. My decision was based on increasing energy costs and the desire to help the environment.
