Very Pleased With The Installation
We had our solar system installed by BDE. The crew was very personable and answered our questions as they were doing the install. They completed it in less than a day. As soon as the inspection was completed our system was up and running. We have not had to pay for electric power since. I fully recommend Black Diamond Electric for their installation and support. We did not buy our system from them, but I understand that they are now selling systems as well.

Black Diamond Electric is a full-service solar energy provider focusing on: residential, commercial, battery storage and EV Charging applications in the state of Idaho. Our process is simple, we approach every potential client with their own specific energy needs as the guiding force for how we design, communicate and install their project. We eliminate the risk of up-selling and pressure tactics by paying our sales staff a competitive wage that isn't dependent on commissions to support themselves. The consultation process is value-driven and transparent with the focus being placed on the financial value that a solar system provides. Our leaders have built the company from an engineer-first foundation. The company is led by a master-electrician who has spent the last 9 years specifically in the Photovoltaics industry. We are a fully-bonded and insured electrical contractor in the state of Idaho that never subs out any of the work. As a testament to our commitment to support our communities - we donate a portion of the revenue from each project to a local non-profit partner. Investing in solar is not a small decision. It’s a long-term strategy that makes sense for people who envision a more sustainable future for themselves, their community and their local environment.
