Cool Blew Electric & Solar Llc

April 2019 roof replacement went poorly from the start. Cool blew was contracted to remove my 24 solar panels for the roof work. They removed most of the system but left the rail mounts. After the second stop, the shingles were replaced and the solar was ready to be reinstalled. The first day they installed most of the rails and panels. 4 of the supports were cooked and 3 had the boots were installed backwards. The wiring was a complete failure.. They had only one of the strings hooked up correctly and didn't have a clue how to fix it! After I showed them how to troubleshoot the problem, it was up and running. Now until the first rain, things ran OK... but when the wire job got wet and grounded the wire pinched under one panel, pow went the inverter. When looking for the ground, I found a connecter burnt and melted to the roof feed box. Very close to a fire. I know you have to learn to do things by doing, at no time, before they couldn't get I to work, did "the kids" have ANY supervision. Left to themselves to figure it out... Maybe someday they will have a group of people that know what they're doing, but not now. Good luck!
