Tom Mills and others on the administrative side handled all the bureaucratic details and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. Unflinching Integrity
Creative Energies and Tom Mills, specifically, were dialed in to my concerns with putting solar on my home in a wooded area. They were more interested in determining what the best solution would be, even if that meant NOT installing solar. Other companies are more interested in originating a loan than helping home owners go green in an economical way. If I'm going to be connected to a company for 25 yrs, I want to be connected to an ethical company like Creative Energies with Tom Mills as the person I get to work beside.

A job well done--in a remote place
Our home is in a pretty remote part of southern Utah, and Creative Energies was willing and able to work with us here. They also had to deal with a local power company not particularly receptive to solar. The project manager worked his way through these challenges successfully. Once we got to the installation, the installers were competent and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

Great experience with Creative Energies
I initially worked with Justin to transfer my system from my original service provider (Synergy Power) after their assets were sold and the new company would not service our system (ARGH!!!). Justin was great to work with while we investigated communication issues, which were quickly diagnosed and resolved through his guidance. Afterwards, I worked with Con to coordinate the removal and re-installation of one of our panels so some repairs could be made to our home in the area near the panel. Con was also great as we coordinated around three different contractor schedules to get the home repairs completed and the panel re-installed. I will continue to work with Creative Energies if/when we need their assistance.

Excellent to work with
I started looking into solar as a first-time homeowner in 2020 and Creative Energy was recommended by multiple sources. Tom Mills met with me on several occasions to discuss some unique challenges to successful implementation on our home and was able to guide me through the process, which was finally finished earlier this year. They were patient, professional and came through in every way. Since installation, the company has circled back multiple times to make sure the system is working as intended. I highly recommend the company.

Quick Repair to an existing system after a tough winter.
They installed our Solar Panel and Battery System last year. It was a simple turn key operation. This winter our panels were covered with snow most of the season. When the snow melted (finally got some sun), one of the panels had numerous cracks. We aren't sure what happened. CE was very responsive to my call and fixed it in a timely manner. It was a small fee, most of the service was covered under their first year of service policy. Thanks for the great work and my system is functioning fully. Donald Kirk. Afton WY

Our inverter fried and both the company we purchased through and the installer have both gone under. I reached out to Creative Energies and they responded quickly, handled the warranty claim and installed our new inverter in January. We were amazed they got it done with such a crazy winter. We're up high in Draper and conditions were less than ideal. They are a great company, honest and hassle free. I hope to not have any more issues but I will happily use them if any arise.
