How much are they paying people to leave a good review?!!? Brad Shaw was invited into my home in June 2020 because I was purchasing Solar. His (Listed as CEO) company came as a referral. BIGGEST most EXPENSIVE mistake I’ve ever made!! I never should have signed with him!! Pushy, pompous, patronizing and giant chip on his shoulder should have been the red flag sending him out the door. September 2020 Titan(company he sent for the job) put panels up. November 2020 my first payment was due. December was finally connected and panels are live. January’s 2021 electric bill was a few dollars less than 2020. Once your connected your electricity is now a different rate. No more time of usage. I ordered a 10,000 Tesla battery which I have yet to receive. I haven’t received a reply back from custom home services since Dec 18, 2020. Titan refers me back to custom. The amount I’m paying is more than a year’s salary. Do your due diligence before signing!! Don’t make the same stupid mistake I have made!! Stay away from custom home services!!!! **13 months after signing order contract no battery and no order for battery! Attorney General is now getting involved.
