At first, I was a bit disappointed with this company due to some hiccups getting our solar up and running. However, I have spoken with many others about their experiences with different companies and I will tell you that not only were our hiccups minor, and mostly not the fault of EA, but they always took care of us and often went above and beyond. Our recent problem with a short in some wiring was scheduled and fixed on the next business day.
