Solar Panel did not save us money. Regret going with them!

My solar panels were installed in July. and it has been a nightmare dealing with this company they tried to help us but at the end of the day they basically told us hey give us an extra $7,000 of the $15,000 for a battery to fix your problem. This battery is storing the excess power usage for night time usage. Right now CLAY electric is still charging us over $100 every month when they promised us that it would only be a$32 fee Chris Shaw from ENLIGHT ENERGY told us Clay Electric would only charge us a small fee but since they changed their policy they refuse to grandfather us in, we were left out in the cold. Chris promised to talk to Clay ELECTRIC and he never did. Now they offered us an extra deal with purchasing a $7000 battery to store excess energy so Clay Electric wont charged us on our electric bill which varies from $150- 200 We are both retired. My husband is a military veteran and we thought we were doing the right thing by believing in this company giving us a security of only $200 a month roughly for electric bill for the rest of our lives. They sold it as if it was the best thing for US not to have to pay more than $215 a month in electricity for the rest of our lives. And now, our payments are over 00 because we’re paying Clay electric and we’re paying our loan off. We are worse off had we not just kept what we had we wouldn’t be in this mess not to mention that they also put a lien on your house.
