We had a great experience with Troy Dickson and the installation crew. Our system has been working great and we want to give a shout out to Troy Dickson for explaining what they were going to do and when we would start seeing the payback. He kept in contact with us almost daily to ensure everything was going has explained and I have the ability to contact him now even months after the installation. Thanks Troy for your help and kindness.

G3 Solar - Great Company
I live in Ohio and just had my Solar Panels go live. They are doing amazing! I would love to personally thank Mike Gold, our sales associate, from Cleveland Ohio and Brady Shields our project manager. These guys did a fantastic job from start to finish! I had solar installed in the spring Matt S from the Cleveland Ohio office was my direct contact and he was great. Kept me updated on when and how things were progressing. I was given a direct number to call and he always got back to me if he didn’t pickup.

Reno NV non-operable system and it is almost 2 years!
G3Solar Project started in Nov. of 2022 System still not operable. Repair people say they do not know how to fix system. System unable to talk to its parts so no power. Have Tesla Battery. Reno Solar was the subcontractor. Another door to door scam as far as I am concerned. Why does G3Solar not know how to fix a problem it created in my solar system? Run around is all I get and repair persons who have no idea how to fix the problem. Now G3Solar says problem is the inverter and they will take it up with the manufacturer. Nonsense - put in a new inverter and fix it now. We are older and can freeze to death in the winter or die from the heat in the summer and, my opinion, G3Solar will be responsible if our power goes out. Note to relatives on who to sue if we die.

Do not use G3 Solar
It has now been almost eight months since I signed the contract to install a solar system. at 7 months they install my panels and now it has been 17 days since the final panel was installed and the power company is waiting for a Signature from G3 before they will activate my solar system. emails and calls to G3 Solar go unanswered. WHAT EVER YOU DO DO NOT USE G3 SOLAR TO INSTALL A SYSTEM.

Poor installation and customer service
Took 3 tries to get installation team here, then they were short on materials. Final inspection by utility company failed - no second meter according to approved design. Two months of regular prodding to complete, but lip service, then no response. Meanwhile, sunny days going to waste in May and June.

Trash company
This company is complete trash I will be contacting every resource I have at both state and federal levels I had panels installed and it has been a circus since day one one problem after another excuse after excuse needless to say two of my panels are not producing any power and I have tried to contact project manager Kyleigh kumza or how ever you say her name by both email and phone call she has still not been in correspondence with me I just want my panels fixed I am paying a lot of money for them and they don’t even work right I should have went local these people are trash and it would only be my hope Ang satisfaction to see them go out of business for such shady practices I hope this company makes it right with my installation thanks for nothing g3

RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN
Installation occurred in Reno, NV. They have only gotten 2 things right during this disaster, taking my money and giving me tax documents to file with my income tax return. Their customer service is non-existent! I paid extra to have critter guards installed on my panels due to all the pigeons in the neighborhood, they forgot to order them and had to wait an extra 6 weeks before they were installed. They did not submit the correct paperwork to the Energy company which delayed connection by 4 weeks. Connection has happened and at any given time 2-5 of my 12 panels are not connected or have NOT produced any electricity in the last 6 weeks. Any calls or emails to customer service go unanswered. Everything has been blamed on a nameless "project manager". I don't think there is a project manager because anyone who takes the job probably sees the cluster they are walking into and quits very quickly. Anytime someone shows up to fix something, I have no notice. They just randomly show up on a day, state they are here to fix something and there is no one here. In their mind, they are doing their part and putting the blame on me because I am not available to let them in. However, I can't ensure someone is home if I don't know what day / time they are scheduled to show up. If I ran a business like this, I'd be out of business quickly. What is really sad is we were looking to do solar install on 2 more properties and will not use them at all.
