Not standup guys
I had them install a 36 panel system not quite 5 years ago. Recently noticed that 6 of those panels were no longer producing. I contacted NSSE multiple times over a 2 week period. Finally someone from the company emailed me and asked me to contact the company (Chilicon) who makes the inverters. They said that their monitoring system shows they quit working 3 months ago, but that they have a 25 year warranty and they would be happy to provide replacements and opened a trouble ticket. That was 2 weeks ago and NSSE has not responded to either Chilicon or myself.
