Improper Install and untruthful statements from Nova Solar
I have solar panels installed in shade and have asked for them to be moved. I get a run around between sales and the installation company. I was told that everything is 100% American made but the solar panels are from Vietnam. I was told that removal and reinstallation of solar panels are free when the shingles need to be replaced but the website says that it will cost $200 per panel. Can't make sense out of the two different credit unions that I now have an account with. If I didn't get involved after the permit failed, I would still be waiting for the solar system to become active. Very poor service.

Broke a window and been waiting 4 months for PTO
just bad experience, paying already for soalr while waiting for PTO, oh did I mention no communication at all?

Nova is Awesome!!
Nova Solar is the way to go. We had looked at solar multiple times over the years but couldn't get comfortable with it until we came across Nova Solar. They answered all of our questions and came up with a plan that met our needs. They have phenomenal communication and service and handled everything. They made the process easy and smooth for us, we couldn't be happier.

4 months to install 12 panels
for me being retired it was easy to deal with, however if i had to work this would have been unactable. every time a person was suposted to come out, i was called or texted the night before. there was no prior planing at all. i beleave this is why it took 4 months to install 12 panels. even to this date with my meters installed i still have not yet recieved user name and log in for my solar app. i might get that in the next week or so , i hope. the worker were very profesional and did good work. i would recomend that the electricans have a cheat paper with the sticker requirment for all the areas they work in. it would just help make them not have to make a special trip just to fix a sticker issue. i would hold that to a leadership issue, it is not rocket science. however the office people need to get an overhaul, i had like 3 diferent POC for my job, and it seamed like none of them ever talked to each other. i would get a call telling me they were coming to take pictures of the work, the same work that the installers already took pics of 4 days ago... there is a huge leadership issue with this office. i hope this help the big shots make some improvements. i am trying to identify the issue, and show a posible corection. thank you mike schaeffer
