WORST SOLAR COMPANY
I HIRED THIS COMPANY TO INSTALL CRITTER GUARD AROUND MY EXISTING SOLAR ARRAY. MY ORIGINAL INSTALLER PASSED AWAY SEVERAL YEARS AGO. MY SOLAR SYSTEM IS ALMOST 17 YEARS OLD AND ONLY WITHIN THE LAST FEW YEARS HAVE I HAD AN ISSUE WITH SQUIRRELS NESTING UNDER THE PANELS. THE INSTALLATION WAS FAULTY, MISSING AN AREA OF CRITTER GUARD BETWEEN 2-3 FEET IN LENGTH. SINCE I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN THEY KNEW I COULD NOT EXAMINE THEIR WORK AS I WOULD NEVER GO ON MY ROOKF. SURE ENOUGH THE SQUIRRELS CAME BACK AND NOT ONLY ATE THROUGH MY ROOF AND PLYWOOD, THEY GNAWED ON THE WIRING AND CONNECTORS. WHEN I CALLED PATRIOT ENERGY 5 TIMES TO HAVE THEM COME BACK TO MY HOUSE THEY NEVER RESPONDED. I EVEN SENT THEM 2 EMAILS, NOTHING. I PRESENTLY FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB BUT I AM WARNING ANY FUTURE POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS TO AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. SOLAR IS NOT JUST ABOUT THE INSTALL, IT'S ABOUT THE SERVICE BEHIND THE COMPANY. THIS COMPANY WILL RUN FROM ANY FUTURE ISSUES AND IGNORE YOU. I HOPE THEY BURN IN HELL OR ON THE SUN THEY SUPPOSEDLY SELL YOU. WORST COMPANY I EVER DEALT WITH.

My experience with Patriot Energy Solutions has been nothing short of a nightmare. They failed to close out our permits, resulting in a cascade of problems that caused significant delays and financial repercussions. To make matters worse, their customer service was abysmal and completely unresponsive. The failure to close out our permits had a direct impact on the sale of our home. The buyers rightfully held a significant amount of money in escrow until the permit issue was resolved. This created unnecessary stress and uncertainty, putting our plans on hold and jeopardizing the entire transaction. It was an absolute nightmare to navigate through this situation, all because Patriot Energy Solutions neglected their responsibilities. Throughout the entire ordeal, their customer service was virtually nonexistent. We reached out multiple times, seeking answers and assistance, but were met with silence. Our calls and emails were ignored, leaving us frustrated and desperate for a resolution. The lack of communication and support from Patriot Energy Solutions only added insult to injury. I strongly advise against using Patriot Energy Solutions for your solar panel needs. Their failure to close out permits and their complete disregard for customer service have caused immense hardship and financial strain. It's clear that they prioritize their own convenience over the well-being of their customers. Please save yourself the headache and seek a reputable company that values accountability and customer satisfaction.

George was a great consultant to work with. Explained everything in details. Tax credits and incentives. My system was installed on April 2018. Last 6 months I have $12.82/month bill from PSEGLI. They took care of my permits, electrical inspections and sign off paperwork. So far so good and definitely recommended.

Installation completed 24 months ago and according to DOB it's yet to be signed off.<br />Owner refuses to fix and return calls.<br />Promised output and actual rate is contradictory.Regret doing business with these unprofessional company.<br />Don't buy yourself a headache .
