We are very pleased with our experience using this company for our solar. The whole process was very smooth and stress free, from setting the appointment, to the consultation, we really felt like we were being taken care of. Our consultant Chayton was knowledgeable, and super helpful with answering any of our questions, we felt confident in our decision going with this company for our solar project and Chayton did not let us down! The rest of the process was pretty seamless, at times it felt a little long until we were able to get everything up and running , but we were updated frequently by the pinnacle team which we personally super appreciated. Overall we really have nothing bad to say, everyone has always been helpful and we are loving our Solar!!

I contacted them for a quote and the sales rep that came out was at my house from 5 PM to after 9. The deal presented was a marketing agreement for essentially a free roof and a solar set up. The offer was take it or leave it so I couldn't get even the night to think about it. If I had time I doubt I would have signed the deal. The prices are almost double market value not that I ever had the chance to look or compare. After signing they said it would take 4-weeks for the roofers then 6-weeks after for solar installation. I didn't hear anything for 10-weeks. Once I did it was someone asking for a sales rep to come out to my house. After clearing that up and scheduling roofing, they were about to only fix half my roof because of the contract being written poorly. So I would have only gotten half the marketing agreement had I not stepped in. The day after the solar installers showed up unannounced. While they were installing someone from Pinnacle texted me asking where we were at with the project. Do NOT use this company. There are definitely cheaper options with less of a headache in between.
