Faulty Products - No Support
If I could leave 0 stars I would<br /><br />I purchased this system in April 2014 and have since gone through 3 inverters in 2 years. Each inverter continued to grid fault, and needed numerous system upgrades and program updates. Now the inverter has stopped working again and the company refuses to acknowledge phone calls or emails.<br />Do not purchase any product they offer. The products are made in China and the manufacturers have just as horrible customer service.
