Couldn't be happier that we selected Prime Home Solutions for our solar panel installation. This company is the real deal.From the first contact with sales and each step of the process. Every contact was always very knowledgeable and professional. The system itself is working great. Our electric bill this summer dropped to around 10% of what it had been. Honestly I would recommend Prime Home to anyone looking to install solar.

Honest, efficient and excellent customer service
Prime Home Solutions is the outfit that we ultimately chose to provide and install our solar system. Their pricing was competitive and working with Brent, Adam and Darren made the entire process a breeze. From power consumption evaluation, system design, permitting, installation and after care, Prime Home Solutions provides excellent service. I appreciated the honesty and no pressure sales process to make sure that we got what we needed and wanted without being oversold. Even the change order process was easy when I requested an additional panel and upgraded monitoring. We purchased a system that’s a smidgen more than we need in anticipation of a future EV so we are set up for a plug and play addition. In the meantime, it’s been amazing to only have to pay minimum(non-bypass able) monthly utility connection charges and to get a substantial check yearly for sending access production back to the grid. (Making the ROI even faster) Thanks Prime Home Solutions. When we are ready to add battery storage, I know who we are calling.

I interviewed at least 5 solar companies before deciding on Prime Home Solutions and their representative, Mike Del Vecchio. Mike was so informative and made the process go like clock-work. I was never high-pressured or mislead. I went with Prime Home Solutions just over a year ago and everything Mike advised me on, happened. I got the right amount of panels, have the exact monthly payment for the purchase of my panels, and my PG&E bill, most months, has been ZERO. Prior to my solar panels, my electric bill averaged $400 per month. Going solar and going with Prime Home Solutions was absolutely the right decision. We did our due diligence when we looked into getting solar. I’m a Realtor and I’ve read so many solar agreements and waited on hold with multiple companies during the home sale process trying to transfer leases etc so I went into the whole process knowing a bit more information and what I wanted and didnt want. we did not want to pay for the system outright, we did not want to have to pay the system off to sell our house (we wanted the system to be transferable to the next owner), we did want bird netting (birds tend to nest under the panels because they are warm and then cause stress on the roof etc), we wanted a smaller company so we didn’t have to wait in voicemail mail every time we had a question or needed something, we wanted a fair price and good monthly payment…. we got it all with prime home solutions. We worked with Jeremy on the sales side and still to this day (we’ve had the solar for almost a year now) I text him with my needs or questions and he either answers them directly or gets me to who I need to talk to. it’s great customer service and something that is lacking in the solar industry as a whole and in the world today. people that care about you and don’t just want to make a sale… that’s prime home solutions. I’m not going to pretend the install process was without hiccups, it wasn’t as nothing ever is. the important thing is how they handeled the issues as they arise - they were on top of every thing that went awry (expected timeline, wrong material for netting etc). they were on it and communicative and respectful. I liked every person who came out to our house - all knowledgeable, respectful, helpful. highly highly recommend prime home solutions. We’ve referred Jeremy to multiple friends and family members!

Great Company To Do Business With
We recently had 18 solar panels installed on our house by Prime Home Solutions. Both Jeremy Igarta and Adam were great to work with. Jeremy contacted me with no pressure sales tactics and explained what they had and gave two options for system sizes. From Start to Finish - Prime Home Solutions was Superb
Are you looking for a Solar Company that offers a great product, great service and an excellent price? I’ve researched solar options for a while. It's expensive so you want to get it right. But it’s daunting. Each sales rep explains why their system is the best…. Why others aren’t as good… Why it makes ABSOLUTE sense to sign with them. I thought I would engage one of the Big Guys but felt confident after I spoke to Prime Home Solutions. I had found My Perfect Match. WHY PRIME HOME SOLUTIONS? Joe Gonzalez, Sales Specialist for Prime Home Solutions, was my first point of contact – a knowledgeable solar expert who could explain a technical solution in simple terms. He knew his stuff but didn’t push me to make the call. He encouraged me to evaluate my options and even offered his expertise if I decided to work with a competitor! It helped that Prime Home Solutions provided a highly competitive price. Once I committed to Joe, it was smooth sailing. • Technical system documents? Check (thanks Adam!) • Smooth permitting process? (Check, looking at you Yolanda!) • Easy peasy installation (well, for me, anyway) – Yes, check! Mauricio and his gang got 13 gorgeous solid black panels installed and functioning in 4 hours. • System inspection? Dennis was right there with me, but the City Inspector found no issues - everything was done right. And communicating with PG&E to turn net metering on? Prime Home Solutions made it smooth as can be. WE LOVE PRIME
We were very happy working with Brent Baker from Prime Home Solutions and would recommend him every time. Brent is very knowledgeable about the solar industry and was extremely patient in addressing all of our solar related questions/concerns. Best solar installer
We shopped around a lot for the best solar installer and stopped when we met the folks at Prime Home Solutions. They were great. Friendly, very knowledgeable and patient in spending time with us to show us the benefits of solar. The installation took place even before their original install date. The crew was very respectful of our cement tile roof and did a wonderful job. The end result? We pay nothing for electricity aside from the mandatory minimum of $10/month.
