poor service
poor service from the start, couldn't pass electrical inspection the first time, they could not get the panels to work the first time. as of today, still waiting on the company to complete their agreed contract with us. never call ed they started to get paid for the panels even before they were working, we paid the panel company 2 to 3 months before they got them to work, thank you please choose another company for your solar needs,

No customer service
It has been a week since I sent the last pictures of my solar inverters. What is going on with my system? More than half is dead. I’m paying the loan on this but receiving no benefit. My electric bill is much higher. If there is something wrong with the system, I want it fixed and fixed now. I have to ask to get a f**king update! Where is your company’s customer service?

Product Good / Customer Service Bad
I had Renu install my solar system installed in December of 2022, up and running early 2023. I am very happy with how the system operates, everything is as expected there, On the customer service side though, when we signed our contact in July of 2022, we paid extra to have a tree that is blocking part of our panels trimmed back to maximize sunlight. Now, in October of 2023 we have not gotten the tree trimmed as promised. I have made several attempts to work this out with my project manager, but nothing has happened. Based on the modeling done by the salesperson, this has cost me a moderate amount of solar generation this summer. I am very disappointed in how I have been treated by them, and for that reason alone I would not recommend them.

I love my solar panels
I looked into getting solar panels for a long time. After much research and many quotes I finally pulled the trigger with Renu Solar and Roofing. The entire team did a great job, they really made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Panels work great, saving money every month, and best part didn't cost me anything out of pocket.
