The crew at Rivertown Solar are solid professionals. Eric and I worked through several drafts together of the panel layout to accommodate my peculiarly shaped roof. Brandon and his installers were quick and efficient and happy to answer all the questions I had along the way. They handled all -- and I do mean ALL -- of the paperwork and hoops to jump through for the installation of the panels. Communication was very responsive throughout the process and I felt that they were always up front with the (haha) many steps along the way. The many steps included figuring out what size system we want, what panels to buy (I am very happy with their recommendation), and what the design should be. Also, finding and scheduling a roofer for us (our roof was due for replacement), finding me a loan shark (company) to finance the project, handling all of the necessary paperwork for the city and for ConEd, installation of the system, which took less than a week for our system, signing us up for the app to monitor the system (it's VERY fun to check your daily usage and see the power consumption dip below 0), and probably more along the way I'm forgetting. Basically, they handled the project from beginning to end. And they still check in to see how everything is going. If you're looking to go solar, first of all, congrats, go you!
