Outstanding!
I did my homework and got several quotes from several companies and SolarOne was the one I chose. Brandon, the sales rep, answered all my questions and was very personable. The installation process was great with communication coming from installing of the panels to the hook up. Everyone along the way was very professional and courtious! From Brandon, to Mike, to Mark - everyone!! They were even ahead of schedule of installation dates that they initially quoted me! I would highly recommend this company to install your solar system!!

Very professional sub contractors.<br />I could use a few more minutes of operation explanation.<br />I suggested that a operation manual is needed.<br />

From the first meeting to the completion of the job, this company was a model contractor. Explanations were given in terms that we understood, there was never any trace of pressure to sign up, giving us space to do references, and make up our own minds about the project. Anne in the office was professional, friendly, and attentive to all questions when we called. The men who did the work were efficient, clean, and very considerate of my property. I felt like I had family working on my system all the way. The electrical contractor was easy to work with and the finished product is straight, neat, and professional. The system is working great and is everything as promised. This whole experience was a pleasant one with no surprises. What a pleasure it is to do business with people who do exactly what they said they would do!<br />I don`t know how it could have gone any better. Great experience and great value.

Brandon Anderson is very knowledgeable and answered my many questions straightforwardly and completely. It was a delight to work with him. The office assistant, Anne, was always friendly and quick to respond to messages. All of the workers who came to the house were very professional and competent. Stephen was the one who helped me tremendously with the generator as we worked through its installation and inspection. I have already referred friends to the company and will continue to do so.<br />
