The process was clearly explained to me and more importantly, happened the way it was explained and in a timely manner. The sales rep was out to my house at end of March 2016 (22ndish) and the system was completed and installed May 6th 2016. I received weekly updates and was very pleased when they called to set up an installation date. Solei really over delivered on their promises. I'm very pleased.
