Great service and pricing from Solstice!
Ahmmad, Ashley and the rest of the Solstice team did a great job for us! No high-pressure sales, just a clear explanation of our options and recommendations on what would work for our home, with competitive pricing. The installation crew was very professional and tidied up thoroughly afterward. The whole process from signing the contract to PTO and producing electricity was extremely quick at around 2-1/2 weeks. Post-installation support is also excellent, helping us select the right electricity provider and plan to optimize the benefit for our generation and usage profile. Overall, exceeded our expectations!

Backup Batteries for Solar Panel System
After monitoring our solar panels for several weeks, we are going to start planning the second phase of our project. Namely the installation of a battery backup system of 1 or 2 IQ Batteries 5P, since our knowledge of solar power is limited. We once again reached out to the good folks at Solstice Solar. I reached out to Ahmmad and he was very helpful in answering my questions. Discussing with me in detail the advantages and disadvantages of batteries and standby generator as part of a backup system for solar panels. Ahmmad used our past energy consumption records to help me reach a conclusion on the number of needed batteries for our home and peace of mind. Excellent Costumer Service
Fantastic customer service, they will call you to fix the issue of your unit before you even know that you have a panel issue. They are very accommodating from start to finish of the project. Keep up a good work!
