Unreliable - poor communication
I contacted Texas direct solar and worked with Anthony for about 3 weeks and he was quite responsive until he suddenly stopped responding. He came home and presented the final bill and I asked for 1 % discount. He even agreed to the discount but stopped communicating. I left 2 voice mail messages and a text message all of which went unanswered. I feel Anthony has been very unprofessional and he did not come out like that in the beginning. I am very disappointed. I would have appreciated at least if Anthony had been direct in his response to let me know what went wrong.

Serious About Sustainability
Having a positive environmental impact is part of a solar installer's business model. However, we take it a little further than most. As a company, Texas Direct Solar is committed to being carbon neutral by 2022. We had our first TDS Sustainability Report prepared in 2020 by an independent party and while were marked as a strong performer we can always improve.
Texas Direct Solar offsets emissions from each project with carbon offset credits. Currently, we are using offsets from the Texas Coastal Exchange a non-profit that restores coastal marshes in Texas. These habitats do a range of important work in addition to sequestering carbon, including reducing stormwater runoff, providing critical habitat for Fish and Wildlife. We also do little things like use the Ecosia search browser which plants trees for every internet search you do, use recycled paper for envelopes, and more.
