TGE Service Recommendation
TGE Solar was exceptional in installing our solar panels and followup. We're enjoying the free AC this summer. TGE worked with Duke Energy to upgrade our electric service to support solar. We could easily install an EV charger in our garage. Our 18 panels went online in March. We've had no Duke electric or gas charges since then, even with AC use in July. Our excess solar is sent back to Duke at the same rate and helps reduce our joint electric/gas bill. There are several competing solar services in Cincinnati. We canceled one service due to up-front costs and were glad to find TGE. Curt Maag, a solar consultant, was key in helping us find TGE. We highly recommend TGE Solar.

I was a non-believer of solar, until I agreed to meet with TGE. I had thought I am too old for the system to ever pay off. From the initial sales presentation, to installation, every step has been painless. They make it easy and are always responsive. I love watching the app on my phone to see how many kWh I'm generating.

Great Team, Price, and Installation was smooth and quick
Kam and the team at TGE solar were amazing. When researching solar, I found myself overwhelmed at first. I talked with two other companies before getting connected with Kam at TGE. They really took the time to answer all my questions and explain things in the simplest way. I felt other companies were trying to overcomplicate their models and pricing making it impossible to compare but TGE was fair and transparent. The equipment has worked great and the install went smooth. The team has followed up multiple times to make sure my needs are met and I’m understanding the metrics online. We’re overproducing beyond expectations! Well done team, I’d highly recommend TGE to everyone!

Huge Shout Out To TGE Solar
Just when I thought all was lost, TGE Solar came to my rescue! I bought a house with faulty solar panels (unbeknownst to me) installed by a company that promptly went out of business before the ink dried on my housing contract. No other solar company would service them except for one who wanted to replace them with panels they took from another house! Then one day there was a knock at my door and I connected with Drew at TGE Solar. Drew was able to professionally diagnose my system issues without even having to climb on my roof. Using my system codes, he determined the source of the issue, found that the part was under warranty, arranged for shipment to my address, and installed the part. As if that weren't enough, he helped verify my net metering and provided a link I could use to track my solar system generation...all at what you would expect to pay for a service call. Folks, TGE Solar is the real deal. If you're interested in Solar power, THESE ARE YOUR GUYS. They are a young start up based on things you don't find very often these days...professionalism, extreme customer service, attention to detail, integrity, friendliness, and just an overall desire to do the right thing for their customers. Give them a go.

Excellent communication
Getting solar panels is a process. There are many steps that I was unaware of. The reps from TGE walked us through everything, explained each part in detail, and answered our 101 questions. They are easy to work with and I never felt pressured into anything. We just got our turned on, but so far all is going well!

Great so far
We just had our solar panels installed a couple weeks ago. I would just like to say that I really appreciate the timeliness in communication with the company. If i have questions Kam is quick to get right back to me. It was a couple month long process from the initial consult with John to actually getting the panels installed. There was analyzing our home and making sure it was a benefit to have the solar panels. The solar panels were installed in one day. The app that is used to monitor the panels is easy to use. So far, so good.

This experience was a little slow to start and communication or lack of communication was not very good, as I was working with salesman from a third party. Once TGE took over everything turned around and went smoothly. TGE responded to any questions I had and the installation and their team was great. If I had it to do over again I would work directly with TGE.

Great loan/pricing and good customer service
I looked for a solar company for little under a year including TGE and nothing seemed to fit my needs. Than I got an email back from them that their loans have changed to 0% for 12 years and keep the tax credit. All because they worked with a local bank. This was what I needed, they already had the best pricing, even $8000 under ion solar they just needed a good loan plan. After starting the process they have also been very accommodating to any issues that have come up. I have had a couple things pop up during and after installation and they have taken the time to make sure everything is done correctly. I would recommend using them.

Solar Made Easy
Let me start off by saying I met with 3 different solar companies and wasn’t impressed with their sales pitch what so ever. At this point I was boarder line about to scrap the idea of solar when I came across Kam and his company. He wasn’t trying to sell me to make a sale he sold me on the idea just how it would benefit me and my life style at a price that made sense. Financing was a breeze with the different options he provided. During the install he was onsite to make sure everything went the way it should and the most important made sure I was happy with everything. I’m in the industry dealing with contractors daily and he is by far one of the best I have ever dealt with. So if you’re considering panels to off set your utility bills I would highly recommend it. Mine have been installed for a year in December and I love opening my Duke bill to see a credit. I talk with my neighbors and with Dukes increase they have been seeing bills upwards of $300-$400.00… Ouch… Mine last month was a running credit totaling $472.00 which sets me up nice for the months ahead that the sun isn’t at its peak to generate as much. I will end here with saying if you have been thinking about it, do it! Give Kam a call and get the experience as I did. I still bounce things off him today if I have questions he is always available. Thank you Kam!!

From the planning, to the design, to the installation TGE solar has done an amazing job getting me transferred into solar. Joshua Curtis has done an excellent job seeing this project through from start to finish. Couldn't be any happier.
