great sales andinstall - NO WORKING BATTERY and NO SUPPORT
Sales guy was very friendly till sale completed. Then nothing...... until we ordered more. Installation crews are great, cleaned up mess. Left a list of to do that needed to be completed: 1. fill in the driveway they cut to bury the cable 2. cable not fully buried 18 inches due to driveway Later some of the wire after the driveway is not buried 18 inches, but 1 inch now uncovered After install of the battery pack. They needed to finish something. After 30 days, no liberty utilities to show up to turn on the system (July - most power generation but we had none) I called, they said to call Liberty. Liberty stated they had not have any communication from That Solar Company since original install (8 months earlier). Backlog added 3 weeks. the battery took 2 days to get working 3 days after battery installed, it failed. Called them, 7 days later they showed up. Worked for 1 days. Since then, called enphase - router is not working so battery not working. What is this bad design? what if no internet, no system???? 4 calls, 3 email - NO RESPONSE besides receptionist answering the phone. THEY GOT THEIR MONEY and WE AREW NO MORE.. EVEN THOUGH I WAS CONSIDERING THEM FOR ANOTHER HOUSE I NEED Installation
