An excellent experience
I’d like to start this review by mentioning that I have gone through the proposal process with a handful of other solar providers but never felt comfortable to move forward. There is nothing worse than a pushy sales guy sitting in your kitchen who won’t leave until you sign. The process with Solar Wave was new and refreshing. There was no kid at my door begging to set a meeting, there was no hard sales tactics. The solar wave team is professional and consultative yet their pricing was very competitive. Their process was streamlined and modern. I filled out a form, scheduled a zoom call to review the proposal and was able to ask questions and contemplate the big decision on my own time. Over all it was great experience.
