STAY AWAY
Company is full of liars and quick talking scammers. There is zero customer service. When i got my system installed there was a problem and they couldn't get it to commission and were going to come back the next day. They never came back . a month later i got PTO and the system still didn't work. When they came the next time they had to rewire everything because the install crew wired everything wrong, here we are 3 months and 5 visits later it still doesn't work right, i now essential pay double for my eclectic also They don't pay referrals and sign up incentives. STAY FAR AWAY

DO NOT USE!!
The initial experience was great...nice guys, fast installation, good service when we had a leak a few times afterwards. Then, we found the leaks continued bc Venture had not checked the roof for an ice and water barrier. We had to fight with them for help replacing the entire roof, even though we offered to pay for the half the panels were not on. We had to contact 5 Investigates before they agreed. Now, they are avoiding to repair the agreed upon INSIDE damage. I have missed 3 days of unpaid work to deal with this. We've contacted 5 Investigates again. Lousy company!!! Tell your friends Venture is no good. I love the panels, they pay over 6 months of my electric bill, but use a different company and get a new roof first.

On Tuesday, October 8, 2024, my Solar panel system was installed on my home by Venture Home Solar, LLC. Every step of this installment process, Vesture’s Customer Experience and Operation Units, kept me in the loop. They were informative, they explained to me what to expect, they were great with follow- up and always asked if I had any questions. On the date of installation, the crew was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. Specifically, the team arrived on time and proceeded to put on their protective gear. They then proceeded to a meeting and discussed their assignments. Shortly thereafter, in a very professionally organized manner, they went to work on the installation. This crew had a very good chemistry and worked well together. Once they completed their tasks, they cleaned up and the crew electrician explained to me how things will work. I was very satisfied with the overall teamwork and the professionalism. On October 21, 2024, the county’s electrical and structural inspection were completed. I am now waiting for the utility company (PEPCO) to change the electrical meter. Therefore, based on the above- referenced installation experience, I would highly recommend Venture Home Solar, LLC. They checked all the boxes and were very professional in doing a great job. I am looking forward to start saving some money on my electric bill!

The company I chose to install my solar panels, Venture Home Solar LLC, were A+. Professional, courteous and patient with my questions. Once they started the job it was completed in just a few days. They called to let me know when they were coming to the house before each procedure. If they were going to be late, they called to let me know. Every man on the team got along and the work went smoothly. I liked that they didn't smoke on my property and they used clean language while speaking with each other. Excellent customer experience
I am extremely pleased with my Venture Solar experience. In the first month of operation, the panels have produced over 1 Megawatt-hour of energy. The Venture sales rep proposed a system that met my goals for power generation, roof area coverage, and cost target. The installers worked well as a team completing the install in under a day in spite of 90° humid weather. I found the electrical design to be nicely conservative with heavy gauge wire used to minimize voltage drop and power loss. The placement of the meter, combiner and disconnect boxes was neatly done on the side of my garage. From contract signing to Eversource's granting Permission To Operate took under 8 weeks. I found Venture Solar support team very responsive providing an answer within 24 hours (still interested in supporting me even after I had made that final payment.) Venture Solar was very prompt and professional in their interaction with me and continually kept in contact throughout the entire process. You never had the feeling that you had been forgotten. Their installers performed a neat install by running conduit through the attic with no exposed conduit on the roof. I would recommend Venture Solar as a solar system designer and installer who also provides a satisfying customer experience at a competitive price.

Unprofessional
Scheduled an appointment and didn't bother to cancel. They called, but I block calls not in my contact list. They could have sent an email or at least cancelled the google invite they had sent. When I enquired about why they didn't notify, they said they "didn't want to waste my time". I suspect they didn't want to waste THEIR time. I wasted quite a bit of time waiting for them to not show up.

Super company!
Jose was extremely informative and helpful. He reviewed 2 different solar options for me, leasing and financing. Because of my credit situation, I had to opt for their no credit check option which was a lease. I didn’t even know there was a no credit check option! i can’t wait to see my savings roll in.

Loved Venture Solar
I used Venture Solar to have solar panels put on my cottage on Cape Cod. The company was great from start to finish. They helped me understand the various finance options and how to size the system to my needs. The installation was fast and they kept me up to date on the progress, and then worked with the town for the permits and inspection. I would highly recommend you go solar with Venture Solar!
