I love having solar!!
After seeing one of my neighbors get solar I asked him about it and he said the panels were put on by SUNERGY CONTRUCTION,INC, a roofing company that does solar panels and roofing.CED GREENTECH supplied the panels I believe. When the rep came out and explained everything we decided to not buy the panels. We pay NOTHING for the upkeep or maintenance of the solar panels but we are definitely reaping the rewards.!! While it did take the planning, permits and the like some time from the city, the guys that did the installing were courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. All in all it was a great experience. I usually have credits on my account through So. Calif Edison. We did find that during months of rain and not so sunny weather we didn't get as good results as when it's sunny all the time but it has been WAY better then before we had them installed. Having the air conditioning on for even a few hours was every expensive, for example, June, July ,August of 2017 was $128.10, $168.74 and $196.10, compared to July of 2018 was $6.05, August was $12.05 and September was $13.45. Do I need to say more???? I can't vouch for Volta's customer service because I have never had to call them. They came into the picture after it was all said and done. Our bill comes from them.

Worst customer service.
Good luck trying to get anyone to help you or answer any questions. It hasn't saved us any money. We may actually be paying more. We were told that we wouldn't have to pay for the panels, but we definitely are. <br />I help my mom pay her bills. I was on the phone trying to pay, but they wouldn't let me since my name isn't on the account. That's fine, but they wouldn't even give me a website address, so that I could just pay online. All I was asking for was a public site, which they refused to give me. I had to google search it. Back when they were installing, they took off the cover to my fuse box for some reason. They said they would replace it. Close to a year later, they still haven't done so. And we STILL can't get a hold of anyone to talk to about it.
