The Most unprofessional incompetent Solar Company in The US
Very disappointing, disorganized, unprofessional, incompetent, unethical, my utility bill is higher than before, they left 3 holes in my roof, I just did file a report with NY State but it takes forever. Stay away from this company. They have had problems with their installs in NJ as well. One of my friends property was on fire because of the poor installation. They are very negligent. They can’t even Speak English. They can’t communicate. They don’t return phone calls. They will never register your S REC S, T R E C S. They use low quality panels. The warranty they offer is only good on paper. STAY away from Them.

not happy
I had solar on my roof. my agent (monica reamer) talked to us and we decided on the 13 panels. we received 10.??? the 13 panels were to be for $17,150. we received the 10. we assumed that 10 would cost us less. Not so Monica said we only talked about 10, not so. she said the 10 panels better, but same price as for 13. we never approved having 10. we thought we were getting 13. We never approved this action.
