Do not buy Kaco

My inverter was defective and they charged me $219 to ship a replacement. This was after it took me 3 weeks to get a hold of someone.

Avoid Kaco not worth the trouble.<br />Very poor customer service. Dropped a line of inverters they were selling us this year with no warning.

Kaco... I hope I never see this things again

2 of them was installed on my home both of them failed in the same way, constants restarts, software is just bad and the hardware that runs that software really weak, add to the mix that the brand never responded to my mails.

German engineered. Comes with a 25 year warranty-excellent! They also offer SMA, SolarEdge as options for same price.
