Terrible product, terrible customer service
My inverter has failed 3 times in 3 years. Each time, the “monitoring service” has failed to notice and it takes months to discover. The inverter has stopped working again and I cannot get a response from customer service. The website only provides DIY advice and the option to talk to a bot, which also malfunctioned. It has been 4 days and I still have not been able to contact a customer service rep. The are clearly avoiding their customers.

Communication Lacking
Installation was fairly straightforward and I have no complaints about the process. My inverter failed around 10 months after installation which makes me question the system's overall reliability. The issues started when I requested a replacement. The service request goes into a black hole and there's no to determine status. The new inverter was faulty and the service technician was supposed to put in a request for a new part. Again, I was completely in the dark for the replacement process. My system has been out for almost two months and I'm now paying for a useless solar system plus the additional electricity

Online help
I just finished working with Tsvetelin. T on the online chat. I was able to get all my questions answered in real time! They knew everything I was talking about and I got all the help that I needed! They even emailed me the information so that I have it for documentation! Excellent experience!! Tsvetelin is awesome!

Terrible customer service, wasted my money
It’s been just installed few months ago and inverter doesn’t work 3rd time, I complained plenty time to unlimited solar company and Titan company but they don’t communicate with any customer support team, even they don’t know when someone can fixing my problem and doesn’t says estimated time either. So please don’t trust this company again and for everyone, Please don’t trust them for service with this company. They can do only cheat you and rob you. After installing panels they can’t support or don’t even know you who are you. So please alert before you go with this project. Thanks.

Technician Nikola U - Case Update and Warranty Issued
Nikola helped with follow up on a potential warranty needed for a customer's system. He was able to consult with a higher tier member after being given all of the case information, and then get the warranty issued for the customer's inverter. He is always pleasant and thorough to work with!
