Everything except the installation was pretty much a nightmare. Lots of details on what went wrong but long story short - paid a several thousand dollar deposit to get on the schedule for April/May. Was repeatedly ghosted, attempts to contact them repeatedly went ignored. When they did respond it was made-up excuses or "We'll get back to you in a week on when we'll install", a week come and goes, then two weeks. Eventually get them to schedule late July and they switch up the panels to a different brand than stated in the contract, then had the nerve to get mad at us for not being happy about it. Installation itself went great and the team was good. Never heard from them since. To top it all off, we are expanding our system now and as a courtesy we reached out to MPI Solar to get a quote for the expansion and guess what - no response was received.

Very happy

Absolutely Abysmal from the Blatant lies and false claims.

I had Really High Hopes for Solar "Don't get me wrong solar is Great" However when their employs lie to you make false claims and false representations It's Sad and definitely makes you not happy with your system. I have personally went out of my way to attempt to work things out! However Jeff Nazarko in my opinion is a person with no morales or integrity at all. he will lie to you at every turn. If you have any other choice for solar go that route. If this company is your only choice DON'T USE THEM! I can't say every person their is bad, as Ben, Ezra, And Matt all where ok. I had originally referred 1 of my clients to use these guys. " That was Before I learned better Thanks To Jeff" Thankfully She has not started her solar stuff as of yet. And I assure you I will inform her of my issues with jeff and she wont use them. If I have anything at all to say in it. I will recommend SYNERGY to her or any other Installer!!
