Worst installer ever

I am not sure were the previous reviews came from but I feel that I have had the worst experience ever with Harvest. Their install crew showed up unannounced, when they did show up they were late and left early. The crew also left unannounced and left thousands of dollars of newly installed equipment easily access able by any passerby (they left the garage open). When they were onsite doing the install they were playing around (throwing a foot ball to name one specific instance). Through out the onsite install process the crew leader always its going well we should be done on time even early. When I signed the agreement John indicated the typical install is 3 to 5 days. I provided the crew 5 days of unlimited access and a month later I still have a punch list of things they need to address (such as fixing the drywall by the breaker box). I also got there were several instances I got the feeling that they did not know what they were doing. One example is when the city inspector came by to do a final inspection he indicated that Harvest solar ordered the wrong inspection. In addition no one from Harvest Solar was around when the inspection was done. As a result PSO rejected the inspection. Many times throughout this project I was given all sorts of excuses for the delays. It is now more than 3 months since the start of the project and it is still not done. One of the major selling points was a tax credit for 2022. It looks like the install will not be completed by 12/31/2022 so I will probably not get the promised tax credit.
