We are very impressed with the high degree of professionalism, knowledge and integrity this company have. Yamitza, Wilson and their crew of certified electricians and techs, guided us, answered questions and concerns from the beginning of the process, gave us orientation on what kind of systems we need it, etc. They were very honest, and gave us different choices of what kind of batteries, the minimum of solar panels we really need it, and interviewed us on our lifestyle and use of appliances, energy, so we got what we really need it. They also gave us advice on what appliance to replace short term and long term, understanding that one has to make and investment and that in the long term one will be saving money. Every time I talk with any of the Energy Fusion Crew, -including Yamitza and Wilson, I feel I am learning a lot about my energy consuming behavior, saving energy, and how to use the equipment to run smartly and efficiently. If I could give them zero stars, I would. By far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They never answer the phone. My records never got updated. When you finally get some one the phone they give you different answers and never follow up. Very incompetent staff. Do not buy from them.

Our solar system started having troubles at 13 months. we have had five (5) solar panels stop working at about the rate one per month starting summer 2016. One of our 2 inverters malfunctioned. It took 6 weeks or more this spring 2016 to replace it. Now we have 5 panels (inverters) Not functioning. First stopped May 30.2016. Solar edge sent replacements in 2-3 days. But Srinergy keeps stalling, making excuses, etc and it's the beginning of Nov. And they're still NOT installed !!!!! Lost the whole summer Sun on these panels. Horrible!!<br /> Srinergy shows classic signs of a company in financial TROUBLE.

FINALMENTE: Luego de un via Crucix de 8 meses esperando por la instalacion de mi bateria (Tesla / Powerwall 2 AC Battery) en un contrato firmado el 16Marzo2024 mediante promocion recibida de parte de Sunnova aplicable para PR y para clientes de Placas Solares. Donde tuve que contactar todos los departamentos de Servicio de WindMar Homes & Sunnova para que honraran el contrato firmado y hasta recurrir al departamente de DACO para hacer valer mis derechos como consumidor a traves de una querella. Soy cliente de placas de Sunnova 8 años y nunca habia tenido una situacion tan dificil de solucionar utilizando los canales de comunicacion (llamadas, visitas, emails) como lo fue con Windmar Homes & Sunnova. FINALMENTE luego de intervencion de DACO en vista realizada en Octubre2024, se determina que se honrara mi contrato con los terminos originales que habia firmado y se procediera a coodinar la instalcion de mi bateria Tesla que fue completada en 04Nov2024. En Resumen, el servicio al cliente recibido durante estos 8 meses fue horrible. Me senti ignorado y NO valorado como cliente.

Like all of these reviews I was left High and Dry. They installed panels on my roof in March 2023 over a year later I still don't have working panels. Has anyone else filed a law suit on Harness or Mosaic? Found out that Harness did not even have proper insurance to be working on my house. How can a loan company like Mosaic even fund a company in full payment when work was never completed. Mosaic should have properly vetted their contractors. This whole thing makes me very upset. Has anyone filed a lawsuit??
