While knowledgable I found them to be very slow and distracted. Saying they would be on site one day and not showing up until the next day or even week without notification. Promise after promise lead to months of waiting. <br /><br />In the end, and I mean the very last day possible, the system went online and off they went. Subsequent problems are still left unresolved.
