Installed a faulty solar inverter that caused me over $3000 in PG & E bills they promised to refund me over 6 months ago.<br />In 10/2015 sales man Roy Haslup came to home and gave me false information on 2 visits regarding what we could expect from the solar panels. I paid them $28,000.00 to install a Delta inverter with 12 solar panels that Roy promised to eliminate my PG&E bill and give power back to PG&E. This was not the truth, in 10/2016 I received an outrageous True up bill from PG&E for over $2665.00 for the previous 12 months (10/15 to 10/16). I contacted them many times and finally Matt Madwin stated he would replace the inverter and pay my PG&E bill. They did finally replace the Delta inverter for a Solis in 2/2016. However, they never payed me for the PG&E bills $2665.00 + $335.00 for bills from 10/2015 to 2/2016 total of $3,000.00. I have called over 30 times and sent various emails to Matt Madwin and Robin Sneider and they have not contaced me to resolve this issue. I paid $28,000.00 to eliminate my PG&E bill an instead I am stuck with a $3,000,00 bill. It has been 6 months since I initially contacted A1 Solar Power. I want them to pay my PG&E bill because that is what is what they promised and what is fair since they lied and the equipment installed was faulty.
