NECE was referred to us by a family member. Ben, our sales rep, was knowledgeable but not pushy during the proposal stage. We passed after the first meeting but Ben reached out to us a few months later to let us know several things had changed that would reduce the overall cost of our system, which we appreciated.<br />Once we signed the proposal, the process moved quickly, facilitated by Tracy. She updated us with every step of the process. The installation team (Jonathan and Matt) explained everything and were open to our feedback regarding the process. <br />It was 14 weeks from when we signed the proposal and paid the deposit until we were able to turn on the system.<br />The system has only been live for a few weeks so I don't have many comments on maintenance/after sales support.
