The upfront sales team and the overall installation manager are professional. The crew they have doing their work appears to be untrained teenagers. Some are knowledgeable, but others lack competency and caused significant damage to my roof. They then tried to cover this up but my GC called them out and the manager made it right by calling in a roofing company.<br /><br />Time line is 4 months plus from the time of ordering. Some delays are due to electric company side of things, but others are due to poor project management. Seems to be a lack of oversight on the project. <br /><br />There are certainly cheaper companies out there, and my expectation was for a top quality install when paying top dollar. I am disappointed with my choice of solar provider and wont be using them for my planned expansion.
