We love our new panels. After our HIT Panasonic panels failed we could not get a replacement because company no longer make the same model panels. System was only 3 years old and it was no longer available. This was a big surprise. Our installer recommended SunSpark panels for the replacement and since it is a standard equipment we will be able to find replacement in the future because same technology is used by other large manufacturers all over the world. Another surprise was our production went up because SunSpark produce more power. This was truly unexpected because we never heard SunSpark name before. It was a lesson to learn. I tough HIT Panasonic would be better because I knew the brand but it was the other way around.
