My contract with Joule guarantees a certain number of kWh per year. Each year the system has under performed requiring Joule to reimburse me for the difference. In 2019, however, they simply don't respond to phone calls or letters requesting their required reimbursement. I see that BBB has revoked their accreditation. I'm considering legal action.
