Think twice before you consider Synergy Home Improvement. Rick is a very knowledgeable salesman and also a part owner by the information he gave me, but the company is a mess. Once we signed the contract all communication broke down. After paying a large deposit we heard nothing for over a month. I then called the the company and had to push and guide them the rest of the way. I believe the install took over 3 months and about 20 to 30 calls or emails. Once complete, an inverter went out and we had to once again contact the organization multiple times to get it fixed. I have also been trying to reach Rick and customer service for about 3 weeks with no response. Not sure, but maybe they are going out of business. I plan on writing to the BBB as well. Rick and Synergy, if you are reading this, please respond to my last inquiry sent multiple times over the last 3 weeks.
