I have nothing but excellent things to say about WattSun. The whole process with them was smooth and easy, all my questions were answered. Mike Coons took numerous calls from me and always patiently explained everything to me. I interviewed many companies & this one was #1 in every category, equipment, warranty, labor & maintenance, and cost of the overall system. The materials were delivered 2 weeks ahead of schedule, and installation was done very quickly. I had an issue with the City inspector (not WattSun's fault), the guy was very rude to my wife and were refusing to wear a shoe cover and mask inside my home. I called Mike, and even though it was nothing he was able to manage, he still contacted the City, and all I know is that the next day the inspector was back and was very respectful, and wearing mask and shoe covers. Mike kept me up to date on every step of the project, and after the system was turned on they have been responsive and ensuring all is running as expected. I HIGHLY recommend Wattsun if you are looking/planning to get a new solar system.
