The installation went very well. Lance did an excellent job of explaining how the system works and gave me several good ideas how to install a backup system. Mason, on the other hand never followed up after the contract was signed. The last time he met with us, he promised information on kwh differences. I have not heard from him yet. This is typical of the service I received from him. What he needs to learn is that follow-up is a very important part of selling. Therefore, I will not recommend True South Solar to any potential customers.

This is unfortunate. We are very sorry you had this experience. That salesperson is no longer with our company. Yes, absolutely, follow-up is critical and we pride ourselves in providing ridiculously great customer service. We're very sorry to have missed this opportunity to earn your business.
