9 month since I signed and still waiting

I have had the same experience than Ed below. I received the permit to install the panels in July and 5 month later I still have no start date for my project. I'm not even in their schedule. I also have made 2 out of 3 payments ($18,000). I don't know when or IF this will be done. Feel scammed.
