This is solely my experience and mine only. I hope if you have already signed with them that your experience is different. If you are thinking about signing with them I would say do so with caution. I signed with them quite a few months ago and my installation has not even started yet. They will blame it on the cities for the delay but don't believe them. They are slow and in my case I think incompetent. It took them a month an a half to have someone go to my house to do a review. There are a bunch of positive comments on them and there's only two possible reasons - 1) they are really that good but they have recently overbooked or 2) those are fake reviews. I'll leave up to the reader to decide which they think it is. Oh, just so the reader knows - my install is still not complete. In fact, it's nowhere near completion. Save yourself time/headache and go elsewhere.

I am sorry you feel the way you do about our company, but without knowing who you are as your user name suggests that this is a fake review, we can't verify if you are a real customer or not and we can't really rectify the situation and correct any issues you claim you faced with our company. I do invite you to reach out directly to us or at least identify who you are so we can at least better service you and address your concerns.
