Buyer Beware!!!!

Buyer BeWare!!!! Unicity Solar came to my house and offered us a 6kw system, that would on average take my $174 electric bill down to $82. Looking around $90 savings a month. I would like to share my expenses with everyone. So I purchased 20 Solar Panels about 3 years ago from Unicity Solar. My monthly payment was $95 a month. After about the 2nd year, I had to refinance because the tax credit didn't work they way it was explained to me. My new payment went to $151 a month. My average savings with the 20 Solar Panels is $31.54 a month. I'm not a Mathematician, but spending $151 to save $31 doesn't add up to me. For the first 6 months, my wife had to deal with Duke Energy to get the correct meter connected. So our panels production could be used. When we tried to get answers on the poor production from the panels, it was either our pool causing issues or that's what we should have expected or they just wouldn't return our calls. So now, they have their lawyers sending us a "Cease and Desist" letter so Unicity Solar doesn't have to explain the difference between the proposed 6kw system and the 6kw system they installed.
