I signed a contract for solar installation in April 2022. They have stayed in touch since then via text message, telling me that the reason they are not installing my panels is caused by a permit delay from the city. When I call them, my calls always go to voice mail and they do not call back, but they might send me a text. I visited city hall today, July 18. They told me that they issue solar permits while you wait on the same day, and they never received a permit application for my house. All in all, they wasted a lot of time, it is not clear why they string me along when they have no plan to complete the job.
