hired Moxie to design and install our system. all went well with the design and install the folks we talked to and worked with were great. then the problems started, the local utility didn't approve of one connector in the metering box. getting moxie to correct the problem was a struggle, after a month of calls and emails the problem was finally corrected. the system was powered up and all was well, until we had a power surge and 1 bank of our panels flaked out, and like the connector issue getting any one in the service department to respond to our calls for service was and is an ongoing struggle. 2 months have gone by and we're still without 1 bank of panels working. when a service tech did show up to confirm the bank wasn't working, he stated we should have a surge protector on our system. which in my opinion should have been installed when the system was installed not after we're looking at what is seeming like an expensive repair. bottom line is hire someone else to for your solar system or learn to fix your system yourself. moxie has the sale and install covered, the design and service, falls flat, and to say that they failed would be an understatement!! HANWHA Q-CELLS were the panels installed (not listed in the dropdown)
