Do not make any deal with this company.

I decided to give this company a shot and get my solar panels from this company. BIGGEST MISTAKE of my life. The sales associate came to me in January of 2022 & told me if i am interested in solar. I said why nit and i welcomed him to my house. I told him my consumption is a lot so i would need alot of panels. I ordered 32 panels ( he recommended me 32 panels ). He alse ask me if i need a battery. I said what does the battery do. He said if there is no sun and the grid station loose power, the battery will cover you for approx 4-5 days. I said okay i will take the battery. This was in january. In AUGUST finally they decided to come and install the panels. The contractors came and installed the panels in 2 days. The day they came they brought the battery and gave it to me. I asked them this is not the battery i ordered. They said this is what the company gave them to give it to me. It was a portable battery that i was never told nor i ordered it. But i had no choice but to take the battery. When the contractors left i was not told anything but i had suspicion that there might be something they not telling me. After a few days i decides to go up my roof and count how many panels they installed and i counted 29. I was surprised about the scam they did. They did not tell me anything that they have installed 29 panels. I spoke to tyler ( the owner) he denied at first but then he realized he cannot change whats actually on the roof and he admit it was 29 panels. I ask him when were you going to tell me this & he said he is sorry. ( a sorry for a scam he deliberately did). After going back & forth they installed 2 more panels ( after a month of me going miserable by making calls and text to people ). The company completely ignored the fact that i ordered 32 panels according to my need. The battery they gave me was dead. It was not working at all. First they gave me the battery i did not order. Then they gave me a dead battery which was not doing anything. Again, for the battery i had to go back & forth & finally someone from this scam company came and picked up the battery. I told him when will i get a good battery. He said he will send this back to the manufacturer and the new battery will be delivered within 10 days. This is the 15th day and i yet have to hear anything from these people about my battery. I have to like beg them for my stuff that i paid for. It was also brought to my attention and i am actively looking into this but either its this company or the bank this scam company deals with ( because this company apply for solar loan to the bank. Consumer is not given any choice as to which bank they want because this is how that whole scam and unjustified fees starts). This company or the bank this company deals with charges 30% of "DEALER FEE" which was never disclosed to me at any point in the beginning when i signed the purchase papers. I have the proof of the 30% this company deducts from. They made it a way where no one finds out. I am looking more into it. Tyler does not reply to my text message. My solar for some reason is not making the same energy as before so i text tyler to look into it. He never responded. There is 2 people that are very helpful but remember they are just employees one is pance and other is debjeet ( he is the sales person who made this deal. I know he missed informing me about things but i feel like he is a good man). I did not have to write all this but i wanted to help others from going into a mess and avoid paying so much money & still go through this headache. Ohh i forgot to mention this company also tried to cheat me on the extra money that was left after the bank released the money. Like for example, the bank gave them 95000 dollars. The solar costed 75000 dollars ( yes i dis pay 75000). The rest of the 20000 dollars i was initially promised i will get this because i wanted to convert my house from gas to fully electric since i installed solar. The time came when they were suppose to give me the check for 20000 dollars and i am told that it is suppose to be 12900 dollars & not 20000 dollars. When i made a big deal and after going back and forth for weeks i made them give me the 20000 dollars. They did not want to give mw that but they got scared. When i dis the calculation about how much the bank gave them, how much the solar cost and the amount they gave me which is 20000 dollars. There is still some money left that they are suppose to return it to bank or give me a check because that money is left unused & i did mention it to tyler but he completely ignored & did not give me the money nor returned it back to the bank. I am left with 31 panels ( after arguing and going back & forth for months ) and money still left that this company is suppose to give it back to the bank or me. And i did not get my battery!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
